Chint 6L2, 42L6 series Analog Meter consists of measuring circuit, measuring mechanism and indicating device, adopting magneto-electric type inner magnetic mechanism with fireproof cover, printed dial plate and crystal glass cover, which makes it aesthetic, generous and extensive outlook.

Assembly Position: The instrument is suitable for vertically mounted, it is permitted to incline ±5°, unless otherwise specified. Overshoot and damping time: Overshoot usually means the instrument with deflection angle less than 180°, and the overshoot not exceed the 20% of the scale length. For other instruments, not exceed 25%.
Damping time ≤4S, means measurement for the final indication of the indication device at the 2/3 of the scale forced by sudden power and the deviated final static location of the indication device not exceed 1.5% of the scale at any time after the 4s.
Storage temperature range:-40℃~+70℃
Working environment: The reference ambient temperature is 23℃±2℃ and the relative humidity is 25%~85%.
The working environment temperature is -20℃~+40℃ and the relative humidity is not exceeding 95%, and no breakdown if there is no ash and corrosive gas in the air. AC voltage test: No electrical breakdown and flashover after frequency of 50Hz sine wave alternative voltage of 2kV lasted 1 min. Isolation strength:>20MΩ/DC500V
Zero adjusting device: Except for the non-mechanism zero-reading instrument, all of other instruments are equipped with front zero adjusting device, used for adjusting the mechanism zero settings for the instrument. Overload current meter: The overload multiples normally is one and two times, and we can provide special offer for 1.5 times, 1.5 times, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times and 6 times overload according to user’s need. Its function is to indicate the short-time general value of the current> rated current, to protect the instrument, for instance, the start current when the electromotor starts.
